Claim
On 20 July 2026 Judge Araceli Martínez-Olguín (N.D. Cal.) granted final approval of the $1.5 billion class settlement — the largest copyright class settlement on record — paying roughly $3,000 per work across an estimated 500,000 works. The settlement does not release future output-based claims.
