The Center for Security and Emerging Technology’s Emerging Technology Observatory runs several detailed dashboards: the Country Activity Tracker (CAT), the Private AI-Related Activity Tracker (PARAT), the Supply Chain Explorer, and AGORA. Together they are the most detailed public window into the chip and AI-research supply chains. Recommended as a primary source for scoring the AI-SAF Hardware and Manufacturing building blocks.
