Claim

GAIA-X European Association for Data and Cloud AISBL, Brussels. Its Labelling Framework version 2.0 and later updates set out six groups of criteria (data protection, cybersecurity, transparency, portability and interoperability, flexibility, and operational requirements) across three levels (L1, L2, L3). Level L3 — effectively fully sovereign — requires the same protection from foreign-reach laws as SecNumCloud. It lines up directly with the Infrastructure scoring bands in AI-SAF-N and AI-SAF-C.
