Claim
The India AI Impact Summit ran 16–21 February 2026 at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi, with representatives of 118 countries. The New Delhi Declaration on AI Impact, adopted 18–19 February, was endorsed by 92 countries and international organisations, structured around seven pillars (“Chakras”). Outcomes include the Charter for the Democratic Diffusion of AI, the Global AI Impact Commons, and India’s GPU expansion (20,000 added to an existing 38,000, targeting 100,000 by end-2026).
