Tracks national AI strategies, spending on computing power, and regulatory moves across OECD members and partner countries. It focuses on governance rather than on raw capability. It organises its data around the five OECD AI Principles (inclusive growth, human rights, transparency, robustness, and accountability). A useful companion to the indices that focus on capability.
