S3NS SecNumCloud 3.2 qualification (17–19 December 2025)
Claim
S3NS, a joint venture between Thales and Google Cloud, won SecNumCloud 3.2 certification from France’s cybersecurity agency ANSSI on 17 December 2025 for its PREMI3NS service. The service is run entirely by S3NS staff in France, with a “quarantine zone” that screens Google’s updates — making it the first major cloud service built on U.S. technology to earn SecNumCloud certification.
